This is the month to stay grounded and present with the skies being very active with several planets in retrograde. We are in Scorpio season which can bring intense surprises in the world and wake-up calls at an individual level. So, it is very important to have a practice that keeps you centered, relaxed and at the same time your inner warrior is strong to face new challenges being presented to humanity.
First take a deep breath and take time to go more inward which is what this 9 Numerology universal year is asking, with 2026 bringing more action. It is a healing time to let go of what doesn’t serve you anymore and to see what you can freshly embody. Retrograde periods bring realizations and surprises. This could mean doing a new practice, even 3 minutes of ABDOMINAL BREATHING (belly breathing) a day to set your nervous system for the day or chanting a MANTRA for 3 or 7 minutes or HUMMING and directing your prana to areas of the body that are in need of fresh energy (prana). It is like tuning a piano to remove energy blockages to create more harmony.

November is the Universal Month of 11 and supplements what is happening astrologically which means it is time to shed old patterns and seeing the bigger picture. This is because 2025 is a year of ‘transformation’ as you become more your ‘natural self’.
Some other things to consider this month is the Full Moon in Taurus on November 5 which is about building more flexible structures in your mind and body. It is time to let go of self-judgement and notice how you walk, your intention knowing that you are sustained by your higher self. Berdhanya Swami Tierra says, “Move with the winds, be fluid, let go, learn and to let go of self-judgment.” This will bring a bigger perspective and way of being.
You can release and build a stronger physical body, express your emotions, letting go of rigidity and going with a new flow that Earth is asking of you now. We are like trees that can move with flexibility with the winds of change if we let go of restricting, old belief systems. Presence, openness to change and awareness are key! Your inner warrior has the passion and willingness to engage in this new world.
So, in summary the key is to:
- Relax, renew, revise

- Activate your inner warrior with flexibility, letting go of stubbornness to see new ways of doing things and healing a karmic pattern that shows up over and over in your life
- Be grounded and present with breath work
- Start or continue a regular committed practice that works for you.
