A Message From your Teacher
My passion is the study of ‘Resonance’ in the body and how the body, mind and spirit can heal using different sound frequencies with low-frequency music (stimulates the vagus nerve), voice toning, various acoustic instruments, mantras etc.
Sound healing is a growing science and works beneath the conscious mind, shifting our body, mind and soul through the power of vibrations that relieve stress, accelerating healing right down to the cellular level e.g. mitochondria (John Stuart Reid).
Breath is sound so sound resonances connect easily to breath work sequences and meditation and it naturally increases the body’s vibrational resonance.
Sound vibration is weaved into a breath work pranayama sequence to create an inner space of meditation and relaxation for clients: conscious humming, mantras, voice toning, singing bowls, tuning forks. Linked with the breath work, the sound vibration harmonizes the body bringing the client into a place of self-healing.
The classes will be fun, interactive, relaxing for you to be comfortable within your own self.
